Lindy.ai launched its long-awaited Team tier this week, addressing one of the biggest gaps in the platform's offering. The new tier, priced at $299/seat/month, brings shared Lindy workflows, centralized billing, admin controls, and team analytics to small and mid-sized teams.

What's included in Team tier

  • Shared Lindy workflows. Lindies built by one team member can be shared with the entire team. Previously, each user had to rebuild workflows independently.
  • Centralized billing. One invoice for the entire team, with usage breakdowns by user.
  • Admin controls. Admins can manage user permissions, approve workflow changes, and monitor usage across the team.
  • Team analytics. Dashboards showing workflow performance, time saved, and usage patterns across the team.
  • Priority support. Faster response times and dedicated support channel.
  • SSO and SAML. Single sign-on integration for enterprise IT.
  • Audit logging. Comprehensive logs of all agent actions for compliance.

Pricing analysis

At $299/seat/month, the Team tier is significantly more expensive than Pro ($149/month for individuals). For a 5-person team, that's $1,495/month — a meaningful investment. However, the shared workflow capability alone can justify the cost: previously, a 5-person team using Lindy would need to rebuild workflows 5 times, and changes required 5 updates.

Who should upgrade

The Team tier makes sense for:

  • Teams of 3-25 people using Lindy for shared workflows (sales prospecting, ops automation, customer support)
  • Organizations that need admin controls and audit logging for compliance
  • Teams that have been duplicating workflow setup across multiple Pro accounts
  • Companies that need SSO integration

For solo users and very small teams (2-3 people), Pro remains the better value. The Team tier's benefits only justify the cost when shared workflows and admin controls are actually needed.

Our take

The Team tier addresses the most common complaint we've heard from Lindy users: lack of team collaboration features. For small businesses that have been hitting this limit, the new tier is a clear upgrade. The pricing is premium but reasonable given the capabilities.

We've updated our Lindy review and pricing comparison to reflect the new tier.
