  • "Why didn't you give us a higher score?" — Our scores reflect hands-on testing against a published methodology. If you believe there's a factual error, contact the vendor channel with specifics.
  • "Do you accept guest posts?" — No. All content is written in-house by our editorial team.
  • "Do you offer sponsored content?" — We accept clearly-labeled sponsored reviews, but they never appear in our rankings and are always disclosed at the top. Email the press channel for rates and policies.
  • "How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?" — Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or email us and we'll remove you immediately.
